Background
Carrie Baldwin is an Instructor of Economics at New Mexico State University-Alamogordo. She came to Alamogordo from Syracuse, NY in July 2002. Carrie has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Management, and Mathematics from Wells College in Aurora, New York. She received her Master’s of Arts in Economics from Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. Carrie has a long-standing and broad interest in economics of health care, education, and tax policies.
