Recharge for Finals: Hatha Yoga FALL 2012

Final exams stressing you out? Students, faculty, & staff of NMSU-A – You are encouraged to come and relax your body and reduce mental stress during finals with this basic hatha yoga class. If you are able to comfortably move from a standing position to the floor and back, this class is for you! Learn basic yoga asanas (poses) and breathing techniques and breeze through exam time. (3 sessions)
Supplies: Students will need flexible exercise clothing and a Yoga/Pilates mat.
