Theory of the roles, responsibilities, and scope of practice of the EMT Intermediate. Assessment and management of respiratory, cardiac, trauma, environmental, behavior, reproduction, and childhood emergencies. Semester long course.
Prerequisite: Current EMT basic license and consent of instructor.

Skill tutoring available on the NMSU-A campus on Friday nights from 5:30-10pm. Tutoring sessions begin at the end of February and continue through April.
