This basic Hatha Yoga class will strengthen, tone, and relax your body as well as increase your flexibility and reduce mental stress. If you are able to comfortably move from a standing position to the floor and back, this class is for you! Learn the basic yoga asanas (poses) and breathing techniques. Students will need flexible exercise clothing and a Yoga/Pilates mat.
Supplies: Students will need to bring water, flexible exercise clothing and a Yoga/Pilates mat.
