Registration

Please register early! Don’t wait until the last minute to register. Classes you want may either fill early or be cancelled due to an insufficient number of students. Don’t let this happen to a class you want! Since all class materials are prepared based on known enrollment, please register at least five days before classes begin.

  • Registration Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-12 P.M. and 1-5 P.M.
  • Walk-in: We are located in the Administrative Office, CB 401, at NMSU-Alamogordo.
  • Phone: Call 575.439.3842, Alamogordo Community Education, to register and pay for the class(es) using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
  • Mail: Complete the Registration and Waiver form and mail with your check to the address indicated. Registration by mail must be received five days before class begins.

Refunds

4-Week, 5-Week, or 6-Week Classes: Refunds will be granted when you request to withdraw from the class in writing (e-mail, letter, or FAX) or by phone BEFORE the second class meeting. Please include your name & course ID. A $5.00 fee will be assessed if you cancel. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed.

Any class that meets less than 4-weeks: Refunds will be granted when you request to withdraw from the class in writing (e-mail, letter, or FAX) or by phone five days PRIOR to the first class. Please include your name & course ID. A $5.00 fee will be assessed if you cancel. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed.

Cancellations

A full (100%) refund will be given only for classes that are cancelled by Alamogordo Community Education.
