A credit class is one that is offered for college credit and requires a student be enrolled in college. It can be taken individually or to earn a certificate or degree.
A non-credit class is offered through Continuing Education. Currently, there is no college credit awarded for these classes.
Unfortunately, financial aid is not available for Continuing Education classes because it is a non-credit class. However, the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program located in the Workforce Connections office may offer some financial assistance for training that has the potential to result in employment.
