I am a College Instructor of Computer Technology and Library Science at NMSU-Alamogordo. I have a Masters of Library Science from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Education in Learning Technologies from NMSU. My research interests include learning and information-seeking in virtual worlds, engaging online learners, information literacy and web usability.
I teach part-time for NMSU-Alamogordo in the Pro Tech division . I also teach part-time Library Science classes for Dona Ana and UNM-Gallup.
You can often find me in Second Life on NMSU’s Aggie Island, Cybrary City or EdTech Island. I am currently managing an Information Commons on Aggie Island with Tracey Thompson of NMSU Main Library to provide resources for other Second Life students.
