Background
Jary Rupe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a Certified Computer Professional and a Microsoft Certified Professional. He has been at NMSU-A since the Fall of 2001.
