Kim Lopez
Instructor of Government, History, and Philosophy
Background
Kim Lopez began with NMSU-A as a part-time instructor in the Fall of 2004. Fall 2005, Kim was hired as a full-time Government/ History/ Philosophy Instructor.
Kim says that before diving into teaching she worked in various aspects of college admissions and student affairs for USA, St. John’s College and the New England School of Acupuncture. She has lived in Los Angeles, Santa Fe, as well as Boston, MA. She is a devote Red Sox fan and, in addition to watch baseball she dreams of someday learning to play golf.
