Job Description
Attend and participate in meetings during normal duty hours and professional staff conferences and other appropriate professional activities such as, but not limited to the following: Quality Improvement meeting, professional staff meetings, Commander’s staff meetings, Mental Health Flight meetings, and others required by applicable regulations, MTF guidance, or as directed by the Mental Health Flight Commander or his/her designated representative.

Required Skills and Experience
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health psychology.
*Clinical/Counseling Psychology. Responsible for and applies psychological procedures and techniques, including interviewing, behavioral assessment, evidenced-based therapies, and psychological testing/psychodiagnostic testing, in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological and neuropsychological disorders. The following are desirable skills:
*Individual, family and group psychotherapy, and couples therapy, alcohol and drug treatment evaluations.

Required Skills include but are not limited to:
*Consults with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts, as required.
*Maintain accurate and current notes in both the Mental Health records and inpatient medical records of all patients seen, as appropriate, and produces reports of evaluation and/or treatment, as required.
*Participates in military specific training (e.g., training to perform Command Directed Evaluations, security clearances, Military Training Instructor clearances, pre-post deployment screening, PTSD, and combat stress).

Required Experiences include but are not limited to:
*Have a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or (Psy.D.) degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA accredited psychology program.
*Shall have completed an APA accredited internship/residency in professional psychology.
*Have and maintain a current license to practice psychology in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
*Have a minimum of one year experience.

Criminal History Background Check (CHBC) and pre-employment drug screen are required.

Position Description
If you want to be part of an integral and progressive industry, consider an ENTRY-LEVEL position on our Transportation Sales Team. You will first become a transportation and logistics expert. This means learning the ins-and-outs of the industry from the experts, your team members. Armed with the ability to help businesses of all sizes to improve the efficiency and cost of transportation, you’ll be securing new business and helping existing clients expand the use of our services. But there’s more to this job than selling – much more. You’ll be making it happen too! Using our extensive base of carrier services you will put together a plan for each client. This requires figuring out the best way to solve your clients’ tough supply chain problems and then negotiating the best deals with one of over 35,000 carriers under contract with CHRW. You will then implement your solution, and handle the day-to-day challenges that are presented in the transportation industry.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, management/supervisory experience in a sales or service industry or military with leadership.
• Will consider leadership experience in organizational involvement including student organizations/clubs, volunteer work or community service or experience as a student athlete in lieu of work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

QUALIFICATIONS:

CLERK:
GS-02: Three months of general experience, or a high school graduate or equivalent, or a combination of experience and education.
GS-03: Six months of general experience or high school graduate plus 1 year of higher education, or a combination of experience and education.
GS-04: One year of general experience equivalent to the next lower grade, or 2 years of higher education above High School or a combination of experience and education.

ENGINEERING AID:
GS-02: Three months general experience, or a high school graduate or equivalent, or a combination of experience and education
GS-03: Successfully completed one year of post secondary study to include at least 6 semester hours in any combination of courses such as engineering, engineering or industrial technology, construction, physics, drafting, surveying, physical science, or mathematics.
GS-04: Successfully completed two years of post secondary study to include at least 12 semester hours in any combination of courses such as those shown above for GS-3 (or equivalent). LABORER:
Ability to do the work of Laborer without more than normal supervision; work practices include keeping things neat, clean and in order. Ability to interpret instructions and specification (other than blueprints); ablility to use and maintain tools and equipment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time; recurring activities such as bending, crouching, stooping, stretching and reaching. Work requires standing, stooping, bending, climbing, crawling, and kneeling for extended periods in uncomfortable positions. Worker may lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds and, occasionally heavier items with assistance.
