ID Cards
THE ID SYSTEM IS OPERATIONAL
A $20.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO REPLACE LOST ID CARDS.
STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARDS - Students are required to obtain the new student ID Card. In order to obtain a student ID Card, students must present a current enrollment form and an official photo identification card (Drivers License, Military ID or Passport). Students who are currently enrolled in the Spring semester and have received the outdated ID Card may turn it in for a new ID Card at NO charge. Students enrolling after January 5, 2009 may receive an ID Card at NO Charge. ID Cards may be obtained from the Media Services Department in Townsend Library.
STAFF IDENTIFICATION CARDS - Media Services is currently issuing new ID cards to all Staff members. Staff members requesting identification cards will need to present an official photo ID and have their employment status verified. Employees who have already received a Staff ID Card from NMSU will NOT be issued the new NMSU-A Staff Card.
FACULTY IDENTIFICATION CARDS - Media Services is currently issuing new ID cards to all Faculty members. Faculty members requesting identification cards will need to present an official photo ID and have their employment status verified. Faculty members who have already received a Faculty ID Card from NMSU will not be issued a new NMSU-A ID Card.
NMSU-A retirees will not be issued ID cards.
ID cards will not be issued during studio recording sessions.
Media Services policy prevents work study employees from issuing Faculty and Staff ID cards.
Personnel unable to obtain an ID card due to irregular hours may call or email to schedule an appoinment.
