ID Cards

Media Services issues identification cards for NMSU-A students, employees.

STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARDS - Students are not required to obtain a new student I.D. each semester — only the current semester sticker. NMSU-A Student Identification Cards are available to all currently enrolled students at NO charge. Students must have an official ID card in order to check out books or materials from the NMSU-A Library, to facilitate access to the Computer Center, and to obtain discounts to Student Advisory Council (SAC) sponsored events. Students are encouraged to obtain their new ID card or sticker on the day they register. Once students have officially registered, they should proceed to the Media Services Department in Townsend Library to obtain the ID card or Sticker.

EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARDS - All employees requesting identification cards will have their eligibility verified through the personnel office.

Media Services has procured a new Identification card system.  This system is being tested and new ID cards will be issued when the system is operational.  Please check this page for updates.
