My course is not appearing on my Blackboard (WebCT) page. What do I do? Contact the Division Secretary for the class.

How do I log in to Blackboard (WebCT)? Go to http://learn.nmsu.edu and put in your my.NMSU.edu username and password. If this is not working for you contact Gary Bond at the Learning Technology Center at gbond@nmsua.nmsu.edu or 575-439-3847.

What if I forget my password? The NMSU Las Cruces campus maintains the my.NMSU service. You can contact them at (575) 646-1840; their website, http://ict.nmsu.edu/; or helpdesk@nmsu.edu.

How do I contact my instructor? First check your class syllabus to find your instructor’s preferred method of communication. Alternatively, try contacting them via the Blackboard class. You can also find their information via the Faculty/Staff Directory or through the Divisions Secretaries as listed above.
