Background
Rochelle received her Licensed Practical Nursing Degree (1961) from Beverly Hospital School of Nursing in Beverly, Massachusetts and an Associate Degree of Nursing (1975) from Eastern New Mexico University in Roswell. In her thirty-five years of nursing experience, she has held postiions as an office nurse, medical-surgical nurse, maternal/child nurse, operating room circulating nurse and perioperative services manager.
