Banned Books Read Out!

Townsend Library and the Alamogordo Public Library Foundation are once again sponsoring a “Banned Books Read Out” to be held Wednesday, October 1st from 12:15 PM to 1 PM (or so) on the Patio.  The Read Out is corresponding with the American Library Association’s Banned Books Week which runs this year from September 27th through October 4th.

If you are interested in reading a short passage (less than five minutes) from your favorite banned book, please sign up by contacting the Townsend Library at 439-3650, library@nmsua.nmsu.edu, or by stopping by!
