			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Faculty &amp; Staff Calendar is on the website and live.  The purpose of this calendar is to record committee meetings, council meetings, task force meetings, etc. &#8212; meetings within the campus that multiple faculty and/or staff will be attending &#8212; in order to make scheduling of meetings and meeting rooms more easily accessible.</p>

<p>There is also a link to the calendar from this Faculty &amp; Staff page.</p>
<p>The individuals responsible for scheduling specific conference and event rooms are listed on the calendar page.  It is the responsibility of the person scheduling the meeting to schedule the room with that individual.</p>
<p>Those on campus who can place meetings on the calendars are the secretaries and assistants to the President, each VP, and each Division Head:  Mary Fechner, Liz Aranda, Bobbie Harrington, Judy Garcia, Diana Calkins, Michelle Nelson, and Wilma Noriega.  Once you have confirmed that you can have a particular location, contact one of them to get your meeting on the calendar.</p>
