Form for Graduation Ceremony

Congratulations, Graduate!

The Annual Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tays Center. Please let us know if you plan to attend the graduation ceremony so we can reserve your seat.

Important: The name on your diploma will appear as last updated on your academic records. To make a change, please provide the required documentation to the Admissions Department by April 3, 2017.

If you will complete your degree in the summer of 2017 and would like to walk in the ceremony in May, please contact your Advisor to request a degree checklist. Please make sure to apply for your degree for summer as soon as possible to make sure you receive your diploma after the summer semester ends.

Upon approval of the Interim Vice President for Student Success, Kathy Fuller, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and details regarding the graduation ceremony.
