Background
Susan Weitzel graduated from NMSU-A in 1995 with an Associate Degree in Nursing. After graduation she relocated to California and Washington and practiced nursing as a medical surgical nurse for 10 years. She received her BSN and Master of Nursing from the University of Washington. Previous teaching experience includes Tacoma Community College in Washington. Susan began teaching at NMSU-A in fall of 2004.
