While researching the Pawnee, I discovered the best guide I’ve seen to NAGPRA written by Roger Echo-Hawk for the Denver Art Museum. Its posted on their web pages:
NAGPRA.PDF.
Roger’s link page also contains an assortment of related posts. Visit him: Roger Echo-Hawk links.

This past summer I discovered that some of the key on-line Historic Preservation resources are no longer available. So I have decided to host pdf copies of these for my students, fellow professionals and the public.

The most important of these is Federal Historic Preservation Laws.
Presumably, a new edition is in the works because the most recent 2006 edition is out-of-print and no longer on the NPS publications web site. Luckily, I had downloaded a copy.

The on-line files, in publication order are:
fedlaws_contents-06
fedlaws_pt1-3-15_06
fedlaws_pt2_2-27-06
fedlaws_pt3_1-18-06
