Active Grants

NMSU Alamogordo actively pursues grants to promote new programs and activities. For more information on our current grants, click on a link below.

  • Training a Healthcare workforce: NMSU-A Healthcare Assistant Pathway Program.
    NMSU-A has been awarded a grant of $807,000 from the Department of Labor authorized under the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) Grant Program. Funding comes through the initiative of a consortium of 11 New Mexico community colleges, the project Skill Up Network: Pathways Acceleration in Technology and Healthcare (SUNPATH) funding is set for three years (Oct 2014-Sept 2017).
