NMSU-A offers GED® computer-based test and HISET paper-and-pencil-based test. PACE strongly encourages students to take an assessment test and PACE classes before signing up for the GED® or HISET test. When students are prepared to take the official test, they will be charged a $15.00 sitting fee per testing day which cannot be waived.

The PACE program has managed enrollment. This means that no testing will be allowed while classes are in session and students may not join a class once the session has started (unless approved by the Director).

To register, visit the PACE office located at the Tays Center or call 575.439.3812.

There is a $15 annual registration fee to be paid during orientation. Proof of hardship will be required to waive fee.
