New Mexico Alliance for Minority Participation

The New Mexico Alliance for Minority Participation (New Mexico AMP) is a statewide partnership of universities and colleges with a goal to increase the number of underrepresented minority students who successfully complete their B.S. degrees in the STEM disciplines.

New Mexico AMP supports targeted students through a broad range of activities, including the Undergraduate Research Scholars (URS) program, the Summer Community College Opportunity for Research Experience (SCCORE), the New Mexico AMP Transfer Scholarship, an annual Student Research Conference, and the Community College Professional Development Workshop series offered in conjunction with the student conference.

NMSU-A strongly supports the efforts of NM AMP as a community college alliance partner.
