Student Services
The Student Services Administration Office is the office of the Vice President for Student Success and oversees the Student Services Department including Advising and Career Services, Admissions and Records, and Financial Aid as well as the student organizations chartered on the campus.
Accessibility Services
Assists individuals with documented disabilities to obtain appropriate academic accommodations. Students with sensory, mobility, learning, or other recognized impairments are encouraged to apply for services through this office.

Makes sure students are properly admitted to the University, correctly registered in the classes requested, and accurately receive the grades earned in those classes.

Offers academic advising on a drop‐in basis or by appointment. Provides pre‐enrollment information, course selection assistance, degree plan requirements, college transfer information, career planning and job search assistance.

Concern Assessment and Response (CARE) Reporting
If you have a concern about a student’s physical/emotional/etc. well-being please report it to the Office of the Vice President for Student Success immediately. If the person you are reporting is in imminent danger of harming themselves or others, please call 911 immediately!
Financial Aid
Provides students and parents with information about grants; loans, work‐study and scholarships, and assistance with the application process. Also, Like NMSU‐A Financial Aid on Facebook.

Offers assistance and information to students to help them prepare to transition to New Mexico State University and to other campuses to achieve their educational goals.

Veterans Programs
If you are eligible for VA benefits, the Veteran’s Programs Office provides assistance with the process and submission of course certifications to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
